Positive: Clean and nice apartment, good location. Negative: Only three towels on arrival, and it was booked for five people. After the message, they sent one more towel and four new robes that were not washed, even though we didn’t ask for robes. After a second ask for more towels, they said they were sending them, and we never got them.

STAY AWAY - OVER PRICED Positive: - Location - 4 Room Apartment was spacious - beds are comfortable Negative: - We were a family of 6, only 4 bathroom Towels (small/large) were placed; even though I have requested by message and by phone to make sure there are enough Towels before we arrive - Two bathrooms always overflew with water when showers were taken; the Sink and ground hole were clogged with dirt and hair; and obviously no frequent checks and maintenance has been done. I had to call customer service to send someone to fix the issue. - 3 different people were communicating with me; and these 3 people don’t seem to be talking to each other. I have requested a late check out, and the first person only gave me an hour extra ( till 12 instead of 11 AM), the 2nd person told me I can stay till 12:30 PM, and finally on the day of Checkout, the cleaners were knocking on the door at 11:00 AM; obviousely no one informed them of the agreed checkout time! - Parking card did not work, I was stuck at 1 AM not able to park the car and we had to call security to enter the parking gate. After we parked, the card did not work to make us enter the building where the elevators are; again we had to call security to let us in. It took about 30 mins to try to fix the issue which was caused by the property manager not updating the card access permission for the new tenant; which shows lack of unprofessional management of the property. - While connecting my phone chargers next to the master room bed, I found a needle on the floor that was very visible. This could harm any child and obviousely the cleaning was not done thoroughly - the swimming pool is not in the same building, you have to walk across the street to the other side to enjoy a moderate mid size open pool! - the community center; where the kids playing area is; smells bad. The pool table had broken pool sticks, the tennis table had no net.

اتمنى ان تتاح خدمه الغرف وكذلك الاهتمام بنظافه المكان كذاك وضع ارقام التواصل مع الشركه بشكل واضح ليس فقط بالايميل كذاك ا Positive: القرب من الاماكن الترفيهيه المدينه المائيه تقريبا مشيا على الاقدام كذالك مدينه فراري اما وارنر براذز فهي قريبة ولكن الوصول اليها بالسياره وكذالك ياس مول قريب من الشقه Negative: ومالم يعجبني في الشقه الكثير من الاشياء اهمها لايوجد خدمه غرف ولم تعجبني النظافه وال check in الساعه 4pm ومن الصعب التواصل مع الشركه المالكه للشقه والشقه ضيقه والمكان كئيب غير ممتع الصراحه شعرت انا وعائلتي بالكأبة الجيد انني حجزت فقط ليلتين وبعدها توجهت الى دبي ولاحظت الفرق
